How do I connect to my IPTV server?

To connect to your IPTV server:

  1. Open the StreaMar IPTV app
  2. Enter your server URL (e.g., http://your-server.com:port)
  3. Enter your username
  4. Enter your password
  5. Tap "Login" or "Connect"

The app will validate your credentials and connect to your server.

Where do I get IPTV server credentials?

You need to obtain IPTV server credentials from an IPTV service provider. StreaMar IPTV is a player application only and does not provide server access or content.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring you have legal access to your IPTV server and content.

The app says "Failed to connect" or "Invalid credentials"

If you're having connection issues:

  • Verify your server URL is correct (include http:// or https://)
  • Check that your username and password are correct
  • Ensure your IPTV server is online and accessible
  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify the server port is correct (if required)

If problems persist, contact your IPTV service provider.

Video playback is not working

If videos are not playing:

  • Check your internet connection speed
  • Verify the stream URL is accessible
  • Try restarting the app
  • Check if your IPTV server is experiencing issues
  • Ensure you have sufficient storage space
How do I add content to my watchlist?

To add content to your watchlist:

  1. Navigate to a movie or series detail page
  2. Tap the "Add to Watchlist" button
  3. The content will be saved to your watchlist

You can access your watchlist from the Home screen.

How do I change the language?

To change the app language:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the "Language" section
  3. Select your preferred language (English or Arabic)

The app will immediately switch to the selected language.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is secure:

  • All data is stored locally on your device
  • Passwords are encrypted using secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
  • No data is transmitted to our servers
  • No tracking or analytics are used

Can I use multiple IPTV accounts?

Yes! You can add multiple IPTV server accounts:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap "Add Account"
  3. Enter the new server credentials
  4. Switch between accounts anytime from Settings
The app is slow or laggy

To improve performance:

  • Close other apps running in the background
  • Clear the app cache (if available in settings)
  • Restart your device
  • Ensure you have sufficient storage space
  • Check your internet connection speed
How do I clear my viewing history?

To clear your viewing history:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the "Privacy" section
  3. Tap "Clear History"
  4. Confirm the action

This will remove all viewing history but keep your watchlist and accounts.
