By downloading, installing, or using StreaMar IPTV (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

StreaMar IPTV is a mobile and desktop application that allows you to stream content from IPTV servers. The App functions as a video player client only and does not provide, host, or distribute any content itself.

User Responsibilities

Server Credentials

  • You are responsible for providing your own IPTV server credentials
  • You must ensure you have legal authorization to access the server you connect to
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your server credentials

Content Legality

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you access through the App is legally obtained
  • You must have the legal right to view, stream, or access any content
  • The App does not verify the legality of content on your server
  • You agree not to use the App to access pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content

Compliance

  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
  • You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You are responsible for any legal consequences resulting from your use of the App

Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

  • StreaMar IPTV is a video player client only
  • We do not provide, host, distribute, or control any content
  • All content is streamed from servers that you, the user, provide
  • We have no knowledge of or control over the content on your server
  • We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any content
  • You use the App and access content at your own risk

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App to access pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content
  • Share your server credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

Intellectual Property

  • The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StreaMar IPTV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • We are not responsible for any content you access through the App
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
  • We are not responsible for the availability, legality, or quality of content on your IPTV server

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreaMar IPTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Any content you access through the App

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your server credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause
  • Remove or edit any content or data at any time
  • Discontinue the App or any part of it at any time

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
